Mission Statement

Our mission is to maximize opportunities for academic excellence through core instructional practices that support advanced literacy. Across all disciplines, students engage in the reading of rigorous texts, discussion, extended writing and vocabulary development in order to build language and knowledge necessary for communication.  Our personalized approach to programming prepares students to earn an Advanced Regents diploma and continue on to the college or career path of their choice.  Students develop technological and artistic literacy through broad-based educational experiences. Our culturally diverse community features partnerships that support personal growth and emphasize global understanding, leadership and integrity.
